We are hiring for our Scrum Master Internship to support our team during a major client engagement. Our client is an international fashion and luxury group that is refining how its digital and operational teams collaborate. In this role, you will work closely with our lead consultants to establish clear routines, facilitate team meetings, and keep day-to-day work moving smoothly. This is a full-time, paid internship that operates on a hybrid schedule, blending productive work-from-home days with structured, on-site collaboration sessions.

About the role
At Olive Tree Consulting, we help leadership teams solve recurring management issues. We focus on the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. For our fashion and luxury client, this means helping their teams establish simple, reliable habits around decision-making and ownership.
As a Scrum Master Intern, your work goes beyond organizing ticket queues or scheduling calendar invites. You will learn how to help people communicate with clarity and structure. You will learn our practical approach to agile methodologies, focusing on the simplest processes that keep a team moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how organizational machinery works in practice.

What you will do
  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives for the client's teams.
  • Write clear, concise summaries of meetings, highlighting agreed actions, ownership, and unresolved questions.
  • Help teams break down complex efforts into manageable, clear tasks using agile tools.
  • Identify where communication is stalling between different departments and help clear those pathways.
  • Collaborate with our senior consultants to prepare practical update summaries for the client's leadership.
  • Maintain the project's central written record, ensuring that decisions are documented simply and clearly so they are not forgotten.


What we are looking for
  • An organized thinker who values clarity over complexity and prefers simple, written documentation to long presentations.
  • A clear and direct communicator who can write short, precise sentences and explain ideas without jargon.
  • A calm and methodical approach when facilitating group discussions or helping teams reach an agreement.
  • An active listener who notices when team members are talking past one another and can help them focus.
  • A constructive curiosity about how businesses run, how teams make decisions, and why projects succeed or fail.


Helpful background
  • Familiarity with basic agile concepts, scrum principles, or board-based project tools.
  • Prior experience organizing activities, student projects, or volunteer efforts where team coordination was key.
  • Basic comfort with collaboration tools like Trello, Jira, or Confluence, though we will teach you our specific way of using them.
  • Studies in business, project management, communication, or a related field, though we care more about your mental structure and drive than any specific major.
