The Opportunity

We are partnering directly with the founders of a high-growth scaleup building the market-leading automated QA and software testing tool for video game development and interactive XR engines.


Their integrated developer tool reduces manual testing effort by 80%, allowing studios to ship faster, protect launch dates, and eliminate massive QA debt. We are looking for a foundational commercial partner in Ireland to work directly alongside the Global Head of Sales and the Co-Founder to scale the European market.


Why This Role is Different

This is not a high-volume, generic cold-calling factory.


The Global Head of Sales has spent over 15 years leading international business development at top-tier gaming infrastructure giants. They know the entire industry and exactly who to target.

Because the target list of global studios, publishers, and testing service providers is already deeply defined, your job isn't blind spamming. It is high-context, peer-to-peer discovery and technical validation. You will act as the strategic execution engine alongside the founders—uncovering technical bottlenecks, discussing build cycles, and helping engineering leads evaluate a highly specialized developer tool.


What We Are Looking For

We care about resourcefulness, technical curiosity, and commercial grit.


Two Non-Negotiables:

  1. Genuine Passion for Video Games & Dev-Tools: You must understand how studios operate and what keeps production leads awake at night. You will be talking to technical producers, QA leads, and studio founders. An understanding of code ecosystems or engine hooks is a massive plus.
  2. The Builder Mindset: You are intensely motivated by growing a business from the ground up. You want to open doors, map technical use cases, and take raw ownership of an entire territory's growth.
