Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transaction Monitoring Analyst, based in Berlin. The Transaction Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing crypto and fiat transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activity. The role will involve conducting transaction monitoring reviews, performing on-chain AML checks, documenting investigation findings, and supporting escalation processes in line with applicable regulatory requirements. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the improvement of monitoring processes, controls, and systems, while supporting the team with compliance reporting and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Background in Finance, Compliance, or familiarity with the Finance industry and economy
• Knowledge and experience in AML, Transaction Monitoring, or Regulatory Compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain analytics, or digital assets is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous
