Data Analyst (ML and AI)

You’re a hands-on data analyst who likes shipping real solutions, not just notebooks. This role sits close to the business in France and gives you space to build end‑to‑end data + ML + applied AI use cases in production (Azure stack), with a genuinely international peer group around you.

Location: Brest area (Brittany) — Hybrid (50% in office - more to start)

Target level: Mid-level Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer with strong ML & applied AI exposure - min of 4 years of commercial experience

Languages: French + English (both required)

What you’ll do

• Turn French market needs into practical analytics, ML and AI use cases (things that get used by real teams)
• Build and maintain data pipelines / ETL and automated workflows (reliable, monitored, production-first)
• Develop and deploy applied ML models (feature work, evaluation, rollout, monitoring)
• Contribute to modern AI / GenAI solutions (LLM-based tools, experimentation → production where it makes sense)
• Work in Azure as the main environment (deploy, run, support)
• Communicate clearly with technical + non-technical stakeholders (France + international)

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

• Strong Python (clean, reusable, production-oriented)
• Strong SQL
• Solid experience with ETL / pipelines / orchestration (Airflow experience is a big plus)
• Real exposure to production ML / applied AI (not just academic models)
• Cloud experience (Azure ideal; AWS/GCP also fine if you can adapt)
• Comfortable working bilingually (French + English)

Nice-to-haves (stand out fast)

• GenAI / LLM solutions in production (even small, focused tools)
• Azure ML, Synapse, Fabric (or equivalents)
• Power BI / analytics reporting
• Responsible AI / model governance, validation, monitoring
