Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will

• Support team growth, well-being and performance
• Lead successful project delivery while balancing client needs and business goals
• Plan team capacity and allocate technical resources
• Manage team finances, including budgeting, billing and reporting
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Contribute to sales efforts and proposal preparation
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and ways of working
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Lead to grow the business and attract new clients

We are looking for someone who has

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development
• Experience in leading teams, including the ability to motivate people
• Exceptional communication skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and complete one’s responsibilities
• Experience in managing finances and budgets at the unit level
• Very good Estonian and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge and ability to manage Scrum processes
