We're working with an international bank with a strong presence in Central Europe and a mission to foster economic relations between Turkey, Austria, and Germany. This institution is currently modernizing its data infrastructure and expanding its data capabilities to enhance reporting.

The Role

  • Drive the establishment of a unified Data Warehouse (DWH) and implement reporting systems
  • Identify data requirements and perform data cleansing and transformation
  • Craft a new data model for seamless data transition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
  • Oversee ETL processes with IT teams
  • Enhance the DWH by analyzing data and identifying improvements

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Manager or Data Analyst, preferably in banking or finance (minimum 3 years in banking, or 5 years in other sectors)
  • In-depth understanding of data management principles, mapping, quality management, and transformation
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, Data Warehousing, and data modelling techniques
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (German and Turkish are a plus)
