Job Overview:

The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist completes assignments and directs the work activities of others in the Technical Support discipline. They can solve unique and complex problems and act as a subject matter expert. The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist can work autonomously within established procedures and practices. The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist can lead others to solve complex problems and use analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. They directly impact the achievement of customer, operational, or service objectives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Level 2 support and Level 3 Hyperion support resources in the offshore/onshore model
• This leader and team are responsible for providing functional and technical support to finance users across the globe
• Responsible for global support in such areas as actual loading, Forecast modeling, Consolidation and planning, and Management Reporting
• Responsible for managing all processes during monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of actuals and forecasting
• Responsible for supporting the fiancé team responsible for producing the monthly reporting package and narrative for executive management
• Responsible for managing obsolescence/software upgrades in the Hyperion suite of products
• Day-to-day Management of metadata, data mappings, business rules, substitution variables, etc.
• Must be able to work with Hyperion vendor (Oracle) to pursue vendor support when necessary
• Support internal and external audits, control reviews, risk assessments, and reporting as required
• Track and manage action plans for the resolution of issues identified during assessments and audits
• Advocate for and actively promote the success of the ISO certification program
• Perform analysis and reporting of compliance gaps
• Assist in the implementation of action plans and provide compliance support to projects to improve the performance of IT controls
• Work with other departments within IT to obtain the required evidence for SOX controls
• Perform analysis on SOX control evidence to ensure all controls have been performed according to the requirements
• Work with both internal and external auditors to provide evidence of compliance
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on the risk to company information systems and data
• Assess, analyze, and manage cyber risks
• Follow up on remediation activities to ensure identified risks are mitigated
• Review IT risks and controls to develop improvement plans
• Assist with the development of security awareness communications
• Assist with the development, improvement, periodic review, and updating of cyber security policies, standards, and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Proficient and excellent knowledge in developing complex FAST FORMULA
• Excellent knowledge in HCM Extracts, designed and developed extracts to send data from Fusion to 3rd party systems
• Good expertise in developing InLoop programs to meet HCM business requirement
• Very good understanding and excellent command on VB Studio tool to develop Redwood pages
• Expertise on Inbound and Outbound integration for SOAP services using POSTMAN
• Very strong expertise and worked extensively on PL/SQL and SQL
• Experience in HCM REST API, SOAP and POSTMAN tool
• Excellent experience in Data loading into Fusion HCM using HDL, HSDL, PBL & FBDI tools.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing ORC recruiting career sites
• Extensively worked on HCM Reports and Analytics using Oracle HCM Cloud BI, & OTBI and cloud connector
• Implemented HCM Dynamic Skills & Grow in Talent module purview
• Skilled in HCM Auto complete development to achieve complex business rule validation on Pages
• Extensive knowledge of HCM security and custom views, data visibility, and auto provisioning
• Proficient in developing EFFs and KF for Flex field Configuration Lookups & Value Sets on HCM pages
• Designed and developed the outbound interfaces using, BI publisher, HCM Extract
• Very good knowledge of conditional template development for analytics like RTF, Etext
• Experience in HCM Personalization and Customizations using various tools like PG, Design Studio and UIT
• Skilled in Payroll and areas like Elements, Object Groups, Process- Calculate Payroll, Calculate Pre-payment method
• Worked extensively on Bursting and custom triggers
• Good hands-on experience with HCM Alerts, Nudges, & Custom notification development with business rules
• Expertise in setting up business Approvals across all modules of HCM
