Job Overview:



This is a position to play a key role in the Samsung Health & Medical Equipment Division (HME) in Brazil.

We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic PM Head to lead our national ultrasound product strategy and portfolio planning.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish the vision and strategic plan for the assigned line of products;
  • Drive the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market;
  • Responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI);
  • Product development - define local product models, requirements, pricing and structures;
  • Line-up of product models and features (e.g. configuration definition, competition analysis, versions update, segmentation, price map positioning, messaging);
  • Product registration and certification (master data, specs sheet, certifications: Anvisa, Inmetro, etc);
  • Identify offering items and specifications compared to market competitors existing tools;
  • Price management (price mapping, GM analysis, N-ERP management, sales price list);
  • PSI Management - manage and make sell-out actions to keep healthy WOS;
  • Aging management - Define actions to avoid and clear inventory aging;
  • Develop marketing strategies (events and congresses)
  • Assist with the reporting of data at scientific congresses, customer seminars and internal training events;
  • Prepare contents to support trainings (mkt, trade mkt and PR materials);
  • Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in work processes;
  • Identify opportunities to improve process development, large package sales projects, distribution and communication of marketing materials;
  • Facilitate and support the transfer of these information for our partners (corresponding marketing, product and sales teams);
  • Guide and follow up marketing activities and trade marketing budget;
  • Define and manage S/D & CORES (PP, Sell-Out, rebates, sales allowance, Co-Op, etc);
  • Conduct market intelligence (MI) and industry / business (BI) analysis;
  • Connect and explore sales and clinical team experts to prepare customized competitors report (competition movement, product line-up, pricing analysis);
  • Improve market share, customer loyalty and net promoter score;
  • Conduct meetings and prepare and report yearly Management Plan (P0x: Qty, Amt, ASP, GM, Margins);
  • Conduct meetings and prepare and report Target Plan and forecasts (T0x : Qty, Amt, ASP, GM);
  • Drive and conduct SCM PM and Sales (AP1 AP2 Accuracy + Consensus meeting);
  • Sample management – responsible for our samples management (fixed assets) majority used for demonstration purposes (customers, events, research projects)


  • Background & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field;
  • 8+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development, or related clinical field;
  • Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports;
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills;
  • Strong analytical and process skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively within a strong operational environment.
