Position: Business Operations Specialist

Type: Contractor/Part-Time

Compensation: $15 - $25/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support operational decision-making.
  • Review operational data and generate clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Prepare concise reports and effectively communicate findings across teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects within fast-paced environments.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Have a strong understanding of business operations and workflow management.
  • Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Have experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or operational systems.
  • Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
