We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on role supporting payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll and support payroll compliance activities
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HRIS records
- Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and orientation
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Assist with employee relations matters and HR initiatives
- Support education programs and other People & Culture projects
What We’re Looking For:
5–7 years of HR experience
Strong payroll and benefits administration background
Experience with HR/payroll systems such as Ceridian or BambooHR
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
