Data Analyst

Job Description

• Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to uncover trends, opportunities, and measure the performance of the product
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and developers to support data-driven decisions.
• Run and analyse A/B tests to improve product effectiveness and enhance user experience.
• Build dashboards, create reports and develop visualizations to help stakeholders understand key metrics and trends.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in a data analysis role, preferably in product, marketing, or web analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business questions into analytical frameworks and generate actionable insights.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse teams.
• Curiosity and Drive: Eagerness to learn and apply new methods, tools, and ideas.
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Knowledge of A/B testing principles and experimental design.
• Familiarity with metrics like user retention, conversion funnel analysis, churn, and cohort analysis.
  
  
  

About The Team

The Data Analytics team at Wix in Vilnius is a diverse group of analysts supporting products like Blog, Forms, Emails, and more. As part of this team, you’ll focus specifically on Referrals, Loyalty, and Members Area products. You’ll also be a member of Wix’s Business Analyst Guild, a collaborative community of analysts focused on data analysis, uncovering insights, and supporting product growth across the company. This balance allows you to collaborate with fellow analysts while working closely with your product team to deliver impactful, data-informed strategies.

Salary range is 2500 - 3500 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSUs package)
