Role? As our Senior Data Analyst, you’ll build the framework that defines how we measure and attribute success across the Nordics. This is a 9-month cover for Maternity

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Analytically fearless with a proven track record in marketing attribution and performance reporting.
  • Technically savvy, comfortable auditing tracking solutions and collaborating with tech teams to ensure data integrity.
  • A forecasting pro who can build reliable models to predict user behavior and marketing ROI.
  • Experienced in SQL, Python/R, advanced attribution modeling, and deep dives into tracking architecture.
  • Communicative & Collaborative, able to translate "data-speak" into strategic advice for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English (our working language), while knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus for understanding our local marketplaces.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking. As our Senior Data Analyst within the User Engagement Team, your mission is to bring "the source of truth" to our marketing efforts. You aren't just running reports; you are architecting the logic behind them.

  • The Goal: To provide a holistic view of how marketing spend converts into long-term user engagement.
  • The Week: You might spend Monday refining an attribution model, Wednesday advising the engineering team on tracking implementation, and Friday presenting a performance forecast to the leadership team.
  • Key Projects: You will lead the creation of a brand-new Performance Reporting Framework and optimize our cross-channel attribution logic.
  • Stakeholders: You’ll be the bridge between Marketing leads, Product Managers, and Data Engineering.

The challenge turns into an opportunity! Currently, our tracking and attribution landscape is complex and evolving. You might find gaps in data structure or legacy processes that need a refresh. This is your playground, you have the green light to dismantle what isn't working and build a scalable, modern analytics infrastructure that you can truly call your own.
