Project Manager — FULLTIME | Poland Only

Vertex Agility is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support and drive delivery across data-driven supply chain and inventory optimization solutions used by global manufacturing clients.

This role sits at the intersection of Project Delivery + Product Thinking + Data & Analytics + Supply Chain Solutions — ideal for someone who is highly analytical, enjoys working with data-heavy products, and prefers being closer to product than traditional project coordination.

What you’ll work on:

• Supporting two key product areas within a broader supply chain solution suite

• Driving delivery for an inventory optimization product with a strong analytical focus

• Managing a hosting platform that delivers and maintains supply chain tools and assets for clients

• Collaborating with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

• Translating business and client requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables

• Working with data teams and platforms (e.g., Databricks) to support product and delivery outcomes

• Ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are aligned across teams.

What we’re looking for:

• 7-10 years of experience in Project Management / Product Support / Delivery roles

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data-heavy environments

• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory optimization is a plus

• Experience working with data engineers or data platforms (e.g., Databricks) is desirable

• Not deeply technical, but able to understand and work closely with technical teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English (written and verbal)
