You will join an international team building advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions within the Credit & Lending domain. The project focuses on applying modern AI technologies to create scalable systems that support business processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
You will be involved in the full AI lifecycle — from discovery and prototyping, through solution design, to production deployment and optimization. The work includes LLMs, RAG architectures, modern data platforms, and cloud-native environments (Azure or GCP).

- 3+ years of experience with Python (Java is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, FastAPI, or Spring.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of testing approaches (TDD/BDD).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and ML lifecycle.
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, and data-driven system design.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to quickly experiment and iterate towards production-ready solutions.
- Strong communication skills in EnglishComfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Build and develop LLM-based solutions, including RAG architectures and vector search.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM applications.
- Develop scalable AI/ML systems and architectures.
- Deploy and maintain AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure or GCP), using containers and KubernetesWork with modern engineering practices, ensuring clean, maintainable code.
- Explore, prepare, and model data for ML use cases.
- Apply deep learning and NLP techniques to real business problems.
- Collaborate with domain experts on data pipelines and datasets.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle — from idea to production.
