Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview:

The role acts as a bridge between business users and IT delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately analyzed, documented, and implemented through effective IT solutions. It contributes to project implementation, application support, and ongoing process optimization within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT components (applications, modules, information systems, etc.);
• Gather, understand, and consolidate business requirements from users;
• Analyze technical requirements, prepare documentation, and collaborate with external partners;
• Propose business solutions and prepare technical specifications in line with project requirements;
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle and after implementation (e.g. application testing, user training);
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for the applications and systems under responsibility;
• Comply with applicable IT & Communications rules and policies within the department;
• Ensure the quality and proper functioning of IT solutions by adhering to the quality standards defined in project specifications;
• Identify and propose process and technical solution optimizations, in collaboration with external partners and internal group IT teams;
• Deliver training sessions for end users;
• Participate in continuous training related to organizational setup, IT domain, and business processes.

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing higher education (preferably IT or Technical background);
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Experience in project implementation (minimum 1 year);
• Experience with ERP systems and/or logistics systems is a plus;
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills;
• Good command of the English language;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills;
• Dynamic, team-oriented, innovative mindset, and ability to work under pressure;
• Results-oriented with a strong problem-solving focus;
• Good time and priority management skills.
