Artificial Intelligence Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (Vibe Coding / LLM-Driven Development)-Hybrid (Lisbon)

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering and generative AI — someone who can turn ideas into working products fast, using modern AI tools and a strong product mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

- Build and ship AI-powered features using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI and similar tools)

- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new product ideas

- Design and develop scalable backend services and integrations

- Work closely with product and business teams to translate ideas into real-world solutions

- Experiment with AI workflows, agents, and automation systems

What we’re looking for:

- Strong software engineering background (backend or full-stack)

- Experience building with LLMs or generative AI tools

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments

- Ability to move quickly from “idea” → “working prototype”

- Product mindset: you care about impact, not just code

Nice to have:

- Experience with AI agents, RAG systems, or prompt engineering

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Background in ML/DS is a plus, but not required
