One of Lithuania’s fast-growing international product groups is hiring a Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to help bring critical data capabilities fully in-house.

This is not a traditional reporting role.

This position sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy - working closely with marketing and product teams to build scalable data models and improve decision-making across the business.

The mandate:

• Build and improve scalable data models within GCP
• Take ownership of externally built pipelines and codebases
• Work across BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and Looker
• Solve data quality and performance issues
• Partner closely with marketing and business stakeholders
• Help improve data standards, testing, and best practices

What they are looking for:

• Strong SQL and data modelling experience
• Experience working with BigQuery / GCP / dbt
• Strong logical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to understand both technical and business problems
• Strong communication skills
