Junior / Mid Project Manager (digital marketing, ad tech)

Join Deep Media Technologies and work on our AI-driven media management and optimization platform, DAP (Deep Advertising Platform). DAP combines reporting, automation, algorithms, and integrations to help clients get the most out of their marketing budgets. You’ll be part of a team building real, data-driven solutions used in the fast-moving ad tech space.

Junior / Mid Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

Project Delivery & Coordination

• Support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle (idea → development → rollout → maintenance)
• Help plan tasks, track progress, and ensure things move forward smoothly together with a senior project manager
• Work in an Agile environment (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and gradually take on more ownership

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a link between business stakeholders and the development team
• Help gather and clarify requirements and turn them into clear, structured tasks
• Support onboarding of new clients to the platform
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and data teams on new features and improvements

Learning & Growth

• Build your expertise in ad tech, data, and product development
• Stay up to date with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem
• Participate in trainings and certifications

What We’re Looking For:

Must-have

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Experience with Google Ads or DSP platforms (e.g., Adform)
• 1–2 years of experience in ad tech or Online Marketing
• Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, informatics, etc.)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools (GA, GTM, DV360, CM360, SA360)
• Basic understanding of Agile ways of working
• Some technical curiosity (e.g., APIs, SQL, automation tools like Make.com or n8n)
