Junior Software Developer PHP – Network Automation (m/f/d)

#PROFILE

• Working on complex tasks related to the automation of our network-intensive services
• You can see yourself working in one or more of the following areas:
• Frontend development On the Anexia Engine, with a special focus on the network-centric services
• Backend development
• Management and self-service deployment of network resources (IP space, VLANs, VXLAN, VRF resources) for our more than 100 locations worldwide
• Switchport automation
• Templating, rendering and deployment of the configuration of network components in a multi-vendor environment (e.g. Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, etc.)
• Further development Design and requirements engineering for new features in collaboration with various business stakeholders and our Network Operations, Network Delivery and Network Security teams

#WANTED

• Initial practical experience with PHP development; knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) is a plus
• Ideally, initial experience in network operations
• Basic knowledge of SQL; initial experience with ORMs is desirable
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Laravel and Phalcon is a plus
• Basic understanding of UX principles
• You find it easy to grasp technical concepts
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
