Web3 Business Development Manager (DeFi & On-chain Strategy)

We are looking for a market-driven Web3 Business Development Manager to scale our ecosystem presence. This is a non-technical role for a crypto visionary who lives in DeFi, understands on-chain liquidity dynamics, and knows how to execute high-impact commercial partnerships.

• Ecosystem Growth: Source and close strategic alliances with L1/L2 protocols, dApps, and institutional Web3 platforms.
• DeFi Strategy: Map emerging market trends, liquidity pools, and AMM structures to identify growth opportunities.
• On-chain Adoption: Drive asset flow, volume, and user acquisition through data-backed partner networks.
• Deal Execution: Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from cold outreach and proposition to commercial terms.

• Web3 Track Record: Proven experience in BD, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within Crypto/DeFi.
• On-chain Fluent: Active DeFi user with deep practical understanding of wallets, protocols, and market microstructure.
• Network: Established relationships with key builders, foundations, and liquid platforms in the space.
• Non-Technical: Focus is strictly on market strategy, commercial utility, and business scaling (no coding required).
