Job Responsibilities
- Develop and produce accurate HR metrics for monthly management meetings
- Maintain headcount report, organisational charts, turnover registers, grievance register
- Maintain accurate employee data on company’s HRIS
- Prepare new employee contracts, welcome packs and induction compliance documents
- Coordinate and facilitate Onboarding program for new employees
- Coordinate annual Performance Review Process
- Coordinate annual Goals Process
- Assist HR Manager with Training needs analysis
- Arrange and monitor employee Training as required
- Compliance Administrator duties
- Workers Compensation administration compliance duties
- Facilitate compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Tertiary Human Resources Qualifications
- Min 3+ years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in corporate environment (preferred)
- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in researching and resolving problems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrate capacity to work to deadlines, schedules and guidelines, with attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision, and as part of a team
- Flexibility in responding to the overall needs of the business
- Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation knowledge
- Sound Employment, Safety and Payroll legislation knowledge and the ability to learn in this space
