Lead .NET Developer (Azure)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (mandatory) and working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP – optional). The ideal candidate will lead development initiatives, build cloud-native applications, and drive architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET technologies
• Architect and implement scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Drive technical decisions and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience with:
• C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET MVC / Web API
• Hands-on expertise with Azure services (Mandatory):Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure DevOps
• Azure Storage (Blob, Queue)
• Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
• Experience in Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of:
• REST APIs
• Entity Framework / ORM
• SQL Server
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Good to Have (Optional)

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP):
• Compute Engine / App Engine
• Cloud Functions
• BigQuery / Cloud Storage
• Experience with:
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Frontend frameworks (Angular / React)
• Messaging systems (Kafka / Service Bus)

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer
• Ability to manage and mentor teams
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Experience driving architecture and solution design
