The Role
We’re growing the Product Development team and looking for two Junior Full Stack Developers to help us build the next generation of AI-powered products. Reporting to the Head of Product Engineering, you’ll work on one or more codebases: an enterprise generative AI platform we run as a multi-tenant SaaS for our customers and staff, and a growing suite of agentic AI assistants that automate complex tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Build features end-to-end — from specification to production
- Write solid automated tests (unit, integration, E2E, accessibility)
- Use modern AI tooling daily — agentic coding assistants, IDE copilots, and AI code review
- Ship confidently with feature flags and safe rollout practices
- Collaborate constructively in code reviews and technical discussions
- Champion security, privacy, and accessibility in everything you build
- Document clearly so both humans and AI can easily understand your work
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Python/Flask or TypeScript/Hono + React/Vue (or similar modern stacks)
- Solid understanding of relational/document databases, REST APIs, and frontend frameworks
- Experience (or strong interest) writing automated tests
- A pragmatic, ship-oriented mindset with great written communication
- Genuine curiosity about AI, agentic systems, LLMs, RAG, and rapidly evolving tools
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with some ambiguity
- Exposure to monorepos, cloud platforms (especially Azure), Playwright, Vitest/Jest, pytest, or any AI/LLM experience — but it’s not required.
If you’re early in your career, love building with AI, and want to grow quickly alongside strong engineers, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to:
- Work on cutting-edge AI products
- Rapidly expand their full-stack skills across both Python and TypeScript stacks
- Use AI tools as a core part of their workflow
Why Join Us?
- Global organisation with strong local presence
- Collaborative and people-focused culture
- Opportunity to shape employee engagement and communication
