Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end application delivery, application stability, and L3 production support for enterprise-scale platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on full stack development including design, coding, and code reviews
• Manage L3 production support, incident resolution, RCA, and service improvements
• Ensure application stability, scalability, and performance optimization
• Define and improve KPIs/SLAs including MTTR, defect leakage, uptime, and release quality
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and business teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct technical design reviews and governance checks
• Prepare and present client updates, executive summaries, and technical discussions
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Experience working with enterprise applications and offshore delivery models
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, App Insights, Splunk, or observability tools is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
