THE ROLE

The Operations Associate will play an integral part in supporting the operational foundation of a newly opened luxury environment while partnering closely with the boutique team to deliver an exceptional client experience.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy in alignment with business priorities
  • Support the successful operations of the newly opened Oakridge boutique by maintaining strong organization, efficiency, and stockroom excellence within a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Execute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead annual inventory processes to ensure proper inventory levels, accuracy, and accountability across all categories
  • Manage product deliveries, defectives through CEGID, stock transfers, and overall stockroom organization
  • Partner closely with the sales team to fulfill client requests, support selling initiatives, and maintain exceptional service standards on the sales floor as needed
  • Ensure proper supply replenishment and on-hand level management to support daily business operations
  • Continuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold Thom Browne’s standards of operational excellence


SKILLS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience, preferably within a luxury environment
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable working autonomously, as well as partnering with team members
  • Excellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Adaptable & motivated to work & learn alongside a strong team
