Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer / Network Infrastructure Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network and security solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in network security, routing and switching, firewall management, wireless technologies, and infrastructure upgrades/migrations. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead network-related projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in network security and infrastructure management
• Strong expertise in network security design and implementation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and security technologies
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and network protocols
• Experience with monitoring tools, logging systems, and SIEM solutions
• Experience in wireless networking technologies, preferably Cisco and Aruba
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities
• Ability to prepare HLD/LLD documentation and technical reports
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and network-related projects

Preferred Certifications

• Cisco Certifications (CCNA / CCNP)
• Palo Alto / Fortinet / Check Point Certifications
• Aruba Wireless Certifications
• ITIL Certification (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards
• Experience in enterprise data center or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and hybrid environments
• Exposure to automation or scripting for network operations is an added advantage
