Forecr is an Elite NVIDIA Partner and a rapidly growing electronics design house with a global reach. We specialize in the design and manufacture of high-performance carrier boards and integrated systems for Edge AI, providing mission-critical hardware solutions to an international client base.

We are looking for a System Engineer who can bridge the gap between hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams while also creating clear, professional technical documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding complete system architectures, coordinating subsystem integration, tracking engineering progress, and ensuring our technical materials meet world-class standards.

You will work closely with design, embedded software, mechanical, and production teams to ensure that all parts of our systems operate together reliably and are documented clearly for both internal teams and customers.

• Coordinate the integration of hardware, embedded software, and mechanical components into complete Edge AI systems.
• Define and maintain overall system architecture documentation, including subsystem interactions and interface definitions.
• Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve integration issues during development and validation stages.
• Ensure compatibility between carrier boards, peripherals, power systems, enclosures, and embedded software platforms.
• Support system-level bring-up, testing, and validation activities.

• Track technical tasks, integration milestones, and engineering deliverables across multiple projects.
• Coordinate between hardware, software, mechanical, and production teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Participate in technical planning meetings and provide status updates for ongoing projects.
• Help manage engineering change requests and ensure documentation stays aligned with released product versions.

• Create clear system diagrams, including block diagrams, hardware interfaces, power distribution layouts, and data flow diagrams.
• Write and maintain user manuals, integration guides, technical datasheets, and application notes.
• Prepare assembly guides, SOPs, and internal engineering documentation to support production and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all documentation follows company standards for clarity, consistency, and version control.

• Prepare technical reports and presentations for customer meetings, project reviews, and integration updates.
• Support customers and partners by providing clear technical explanations and integration guidance.
• Work with sales and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.

• Manage documentation revisions and maintain traceability between hardware, firmware, and software releases.
• Organize technical documentation repositories and maintain structured version control practices.
• Ensure released manuals and integration documents accurately reflect the latest product configurations.
  

• At least 3 years of experience in system engineering, technical documentation, or product integration within the electronics or embedded systems industry.

• Strong understanding of embedded systems, electronics hardware, and system-level integration.
• Ability to understand hardware schematics, interface specifications, and software-hardware interactions.
• Familiarity with system validation, debugging, and integration workflows is a strong advantage.

• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills in English.
• Experience creating professional engineering documentation and diagrams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools is a plus.

• Experience using version control and document management systems.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, issue tracking, and release management processes.
  

• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms or Edge AI systems.
• Familiarity with Linux-based embedded systems.
• Experience working with manufacturing or production teams.
• Understanding of mechanical integration and enclosure design considerations.
