Your responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring that all internationals (incl family members) are taken care of and are offered high quality support and service
- Providing guidance and training (i.e. payroll, immigration Social Securities) to Host OpCo’s
- Together with the Global Mobility team, deploying HEINEKEN’s Mobility policies.
- Contributing to the continuous transformation of the Global Mobility processes.
- Being proactive in signaling areas of improvement and to take ownership in creating solutions to ensure operational excellence.
- Accurately maintaining data in Global Mobility & HEINEKEN systems, including confidential personal data, policy exceptions etc.
- Drafting cost projections, documentation and preparing assignment calculations and letters in ECA Expert, expat management system, access by Global Mobility only
- Preparing the monthly Global Mobility net payments in SAP, recurring and incidental, (payroll) process
- Managing notifications of new assignments to internal & external stakeholders in ECA Expert
- Coordinating the delivery of services to assignees e.g. immigration, tax, relocation, culture training etc. from external vendors
- Coordinating questions from assignees and stakeholders and assess whether advisor input is required
- Maintaining a proactive role in the assignment process, anticipating issues and responding appropriately
- Tracking status of assignees, communicating updates and aligning with Advisor
- Staying on top of Regional topics, immigration, social security, etc.
- Providing accurate, proactive, and timely support to the various Global Mobility Top Projects and Priorities taking the complexity of the different Regions and the scope of the Global Mobility Advisors into account.
- Bachelor/Master degree
- 2-4 years of experience in international HR/finance, Global Mobility experience preferred
- Working in an international service-oriented environment
- Customer-centric, client-focused
- Great communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with a calm and professional manner with stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Leaders
- Strong Team player who is eager to learn
- Sharp, analytical thinker
- Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel knowledge, and strong interest in IT systems, processes and data.
- SAP payroll knowledge is a pro
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- (Proactive) Service attitude
- Strong business English (both in writing and speaking)
- A second language would be an advantage
