Your role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn business challenges into impactful data & AI products — with a special focus on partnering closely with business to drive smarter, faster, more efficient operations.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs and define what products to build.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a vision for the required Data & AI products.
  • Documenting and prioritizing business requirements into an actionable backlog.
  • Leading a Data & AI squad and prioritizing the work to be delivered leveraging agile (Scrum).
  • Utilizing deep functional expertise of a business domain to drive decisions during the development.
  • Acting as a bridge between the business and Data & AI by being intimately involved in the design, testing and implementation of products.
  • Educating and evangelizing to their business stakeholders what data & analytics can do for them.
  • Measuring business impact and sharing success stories of the data & analytics products.
  • Drive adoption by providing trainings and work closely with end users to ensure usability.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in data & AI.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand operational domains.
  • High‑level understanding of AI, BI, data engineering or data science.
  • Confident stakeholder management — influencing, prioritizing, and saying no when needed.
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Agile delivery experience and ability to coordinate teams or contractors.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to build meaningful solutions.

What’s in it for you:

As part of the Katowice HUB, you’ll join a modern, collaborative environment designed to help you thrive—professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:

  • Yearly salary review and annual bonus based on company’s results and individual performance
  • Private medical care and employer‑paid life insurance
  • Monthly MyBenefit cafeteria points and holiday reimbursement
  • Access to discounted company products
  • Employee referral rewards up to 3,000 PLN
  • Structured onboarding and continuous learning opportunities
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with global teams

Regular HUB events, recognition programs, and a strong culture of teamwork

What to expect from us:

We know that the whole recruitment process can be stressful, so we promise to make it as straightforward as possible. Our process is usually 2-3 stages (depending on the seniority of the role) and we are aiming to review every CV within 2 weeks.

We are an organization committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our employees, global consumers, partners, and communities. We believe a diverse workforce allows us to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business. We are interested in every individual bringing their whole self to work and this includes you!
