DevOps Technical Lead

We are seeking a DevOps Technical Lead with a strong focus on technology to drive the success of our cloud and DevOps initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to clearly communicate and share achievements. You will be involved in security, API management, infrastructure and more.

We are looking for someone who excels at the execution of complex technical tasks and can clearly articulate, communicate and compellingly share their accomplishments and the challenges they've overcome.

The primary focus is on effective communication, process optimization and maintenance of a strong technical presence with hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and promote best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure automation and cloud-native development
• Act as a key technical contact, ensure clear communication and alignment with business stakeholders
• Design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, drive automation and consistency in software delivery
• Adopt Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates to enable scalable and repeatable environments
• Ensure secure, compliant and reliable deployment of cloud-native services, with focus on exposure, security, API management, infrastructure and AI integration
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge exchange and post-incident learning
• Clearly and engagingly communicate completed work, challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps with a strong focus on communication, collaboration and stakeholder management
• Deep expertise in .NET backend development
• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design and infrastructure automation (Bicep, Terraform, ARM)
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway, Web Apps and WAF
• Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management with Application Insights and Log Analytics
• Strong background in .NET development with experience in API and cloud integration
• Ability to clearly articulate and present complex technical topics and project outcomes
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and AI-powered automation/search solutions
