You’ll be a key member of the Happiness Team—our dedicated group responsible for People & Culture, Office Management, and Internal Events. Our mission? To create a high-performing work environment where our people are empowered to be their happiest selves. As our Coordinator, you are the glue that holds our HR operations together.

The Role

Are you a newly graduated HR talent looking for the perfect place to kickstart your career? As our HR Coordinator, you will dive headfirst into the world of People & Culture. You’ll be the go-to person for HR administration, supporting the entire employee lifecycle—from the moment someone signs their contract to their very last day with us.

You will become a master of our systems (like Deel), ensuring our data is as crisp as a fresh pair of socks. This is a role where no two days are the same: one hour you’re drafting contracts and prepping the monthly payroll, and the next, you’re helping coordinate a "world-class" recruitment process or assisting with a quirky office event.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Admin Mastermind: Full ownership of employee data, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Payroll & Pension Prep: Act as the vital link between our team and our external payroll providers. You’ll collect monthly changes (new hires, salary adjustments, leaves) and ensure everyone gets paid correctly and on time. You'll also assist with pension administration and insurance reporting.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist our team with job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a "Happy" candidate experience.
  • Onboarding Hero: Coordinate the arrival of our new stars, making sure they feel the love from day one.
  • System Owner: Maintain and update our HRIS and ATS platforms, flagging bugs and suggesting cool new features.
  • The Link: Act as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace culture.
  • Development Projects: Take part in evolving our HR processes—we love automation and "out-of-the-box" thinking!

Requirements & Skills

  • Educational Background: A recent degree (Bachelor or Master) in HR, Behavioral Science, or a similar field.
  • The Numbers Nerd: You have a sharp eye for detail and feel comfortable working with numbers, whether it’s checking a payslip or calculating a vacation day.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re a quick learner when it comes to systems and you probably have a secret love affair with Excel.
  • Language: Fluency in both Swedish and English (essential for handling local payroll regulations and our global team!).
  • The "Can-Do" Spirit: You don't need to know everything yet, but you have the curiosity to find out and the grit to get things done.
