Global IT & Digital Operations Manager

An international technology-focused organisation is looking for an experienced IT & Digital Operations Manager to oversee global infrastructure, cyber security, and operational technology support across multiple regions.

This position is responsible for maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing IT services across office, cloud, and remote operational environments while supporting a globally distributed workforce.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with operational leadership and experience managing complex international IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global IT operations and support services across multiple international locations
• Manage infrastructure, end-user technology, cloud services, networking, and enterprise platforms
• Drive cyber security initiatives including access management, endpoint security, incident response, and risk mitigation
• Oversee IT governance, operational standards, and service delivery processes
• Support connectivity and technology solutions for remote operational teams and deployed equipment
• Manage third-party technology vendors, software licensing, and service providers
• Partner with technical and operational stakeholders to improve system reliability, scalability, and security
• Ensure effective documentation, business continuity, and operational resilience practices

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Cyber Security leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, cloud platforms, networking, and enterprise security
• Experience supporting multi-site or international operations
• Comfortable working across both corporate IT and operational/field-based technology environments
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead incident management and prioritise within fast-paced environments

Desirable Experience

• Experience within industrial, engineering, technology, or operationally complex environments
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and modern workplace technologies
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC standards
• Experience improving operational processes and technology governance
