Backend Developer – Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with experience building scalable web and mobile-connected systems.


Required Qualifications


  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development for web and/or mobile platforms
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with modern development workflows including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven ability to design and solve complex backend architecture challenges
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Experience developing backend systems that integrate with mobile applications


Experience from regulated industries or complex product environments is considered an advantage.

  • Containerization technologies
  • S3 and object storage concepts

Nice to Have

  • UML
  • SysML
  • Experience with AWS S3 Buckets and AWS SDK
  • Experience working with distributed systems
