Product Data Analyst

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Product Analyst for the revolving credit product, you will join ID Finance to support the development and optimization of the company’s products.

You will focus on the comprehensive evaluation of an evolving product from assessing feature development quality through user engagement and technical implementation, to measuring the impact delivered within specific domains (Customer Success, Payments & Collections, Marketing & CRM, and Revenue). You will also be co-responsible for maintaining and improving the analytical part of the data layer and reporting infrastructure.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, run, conclude AB tests in Product department.
• Perform deep analysis of user metrics to find key points of growth or potential problems in user journeys.
• Develop data-marts prototypes and analytical reports with key product indicators.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Automation and co-setup of analytical tools like Singular, Google Analytics etc.
• Prepare data-driven narration and insights delivery, presenting them to the management.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of SQL, preferably column-oriented DBMS
• Strong knowledge of Python for data analytics and AB testing: pandas, sklearn, seaborn, matplotlib etc.
• Knowledge of modern mobile marketing attribution platforms like singular/appsflyer etc.
• Fluent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Statistics or Mathematics or a related subject involving math’s, such as economics or data science.
• General understanding of AB tests design and analysis.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in similar role.
• Ability to be hands on but also able to work on strategic projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive personality and highly attentive to details
• Numerical mindset and ability to get insights out of raw data

Nice to have:

• Experience with Clickhouse DB
• BI instruments like tableau, power bi, superset
• Experience with airflow
• Previously worked in fintech/banking or e-commerce company
• Technological stack: Clickhouse DBMS • Python • Git • Airflow • MySQL • Google cloud, google analytics, firebase • Singular
