We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Madrid and support projects related to the development and commercialization of generic drugs.

The challenge! 🚀
- Support the management and execution of projects related to the development and commercialization of generic drugs.
- Understand the needs of internal and external customers and align projects with the strategic guidelines of Insud Pharma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Manufacturing, Patents, and Sales, to ensure project timelines, budgets, product costing, and objectives are met.
- Analyze each project’s characteristics and requirements, assessing processes end to end.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, cost evaluations, and relevant documentation.
- Plan project milestones and identify milestone owners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and/or partners.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, or delays, and collaborate on mitigation and contingency plans.
- Track and manage project budgets, identifying possible deviations.
- Establish, develop, and maintain communication, tracking, and control systems related to project progress, deviations, and action plans.
- Review project plans, status, and budgets for short- and mid-term business planning.
What do you need? 🤓
- A university degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or similar roles.
- High level of English.
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and in the development and commercialization of generic drugs.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess timelines, costs, risks, and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Good command of MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of tools such as Excel, CRM, BI, or project tracking systems.
- Previous internship or junior experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
