We are seeking a business-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & AI team.
Reporting to the Head of Data and AI, this role acts as the bridge between the Data & AI department and the Executive Committee.
You will own the end-to-end data cycle—from gathering executive requirements to transforming them into impactful analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities and activities
Act as the business voice within the Data & AI team
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support adoption of agile methodologies
Build and maintain ETL pipelines and support data extraction processes
Develop and deliver high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions
Train business stakeholders on data interpretation and self-service analytics
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal standards
Identify opportunities for implementing AI-driven solutions
Core capabilities
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously in complex data environments
Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
Collaborative and proactive approach
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Agile mindset with focus on delivering incremental value
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or similar
Master's in Business Analytics, Big Data, or related field
Required Experience
At least 12 months of experience in Big Data environments
Experience with Power BI or similar tools
Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar platforms
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot is a plus
Tech stack
Data Platform: Azure Fabric
Cloud tools: Azure DevOps, Azure Boards
Reporting: Power BI
