Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage high-performing digital marketing and media buying campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads, followed by Meta and TikTok.
- Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive scalable customer acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader team to align media buying strategies with company growth objectives and product offerings.
- Take active part in new channels discovery, testing and expansion
- Demonstrate total ownership mentality, seeking end-to-end marketing enhancements via cross-functional collaboration and self-started initiatives
- The candidate should have experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, Media Buyer, or Performance Marketer.
- The candidate must have platform skills in Google Ads and PMAX.
- The candidate ideally has exposure to industries like betting, gambling, or mobile gaming/igaming.
- The candidate should ideally be based in Riga, Latvia, or be open to remote work.
- The candidate should have experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets effectively.
- The candidate should possess strong data analytics skills using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance.
- The candidate ideally has platform skills in Meta, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads.
