Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Technical Recruiter who will ensure the effective attraction, evaluation, and hiring of qualified candidates for our company’s technical and administrative positions.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to preparing job offers.

Proactively search for and engage candidates for technical and support roles, including international markets.

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ professional skills and personal competencies.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

Support relocation processes for candidates moving from other countries.

Prepare regular reports and analytics on recruitment progress and results.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

Support other HR processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

Proven experience recruiting specialized technical professionals (IT, engineering, etc.), preferably in an international environment.

Experience sourcing candidates from abroad and managing relocation procedures.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and modern recruitment methods.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively organize and manage the recruitment process using digital tools and data analytics.

Fluency in Latvian and English (written and spoken).
