SAP EWM Lead

Position Title: SAP EWM Lead

Experience Level (Years range): 10 to18+yrs

Location: Finland, Helsinki / Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM warehouse processes
• Drive implementation across inbound, outbound, internal movements, and inventory management
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and standard templates

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Must have:

• Overall, 10–18+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP EWM process, warehousing expertise in leading implementation, rollout engagements.
• Experience at least 1-2 implementation project experience in S/4 environment drives the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of warehouse processes.
• Candidate should have worked in SAP Activate methodology, FIORI user ex, WRICEF management for E2E process
• Act as the primary EWM design authority, ensuring consistency across sites and releases.
• Engage with senior business stakeholders, supply chain leads, and IT leadership to ensure alignment.
• Ensuring seamless data flow between EWM, SAP S/4HANA MM, Transportation Management (TM), and Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Expertise in validating the design prepared by 3rd party vendor and capable of providing resolution according to the current business needs.
• Mentor functional consultants, review deliverables, and enforce architectural quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data privacy, and audit requirements where applicable.
• Good English speaking, with presentation skills

Good to have:

• Exposure to warehouse automation technologies (MFS, AS/RS, robotics) and RF framework enhancements
• Experience with advanced EWM modules such as Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and Cross-Docking
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics tools (SAC, Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA) for warehouse insights and KPI tracking
• Understanding of middleware/integration tools (CPI, APIs, event-driven architecture) beyond core SAP integrations
• Experience in Agile delivery environments, multi-country rollouts, or exposure to Nordics/EU regional practices
