WE ARE LOOKING FOR AI-Native Software Developer

We are looking for an AI-Native Software Developer who sees AI not as a separate tool, but as a natural part of the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will combine strong engineering skills with modern AI-assisted workflows to deliver high-quality solutions faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. An AI-native developer continuously learns, shares knowledge, and improves both personal and team productivity through responsible and effective use of AI.

Responsibilities

Software Development

Design, develop, test, and maintain modern software solutions

Use AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering workflows

Build scalable, maintainable, and production-quality code

Participate in architecture and technical design discussions

AI-Augmented Engineering

Utilize AI tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and research

Develop efficient prompting and AI workflow practices

Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs critically

Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and quality

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Work closely with developers, designers, product owners, and customers

Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices

Share learnings, prompts, workflows, and lessons learned with teams

Support and mentor others in adopting AI-native ways of working

Continuous Learning

Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and development practices

Participate in hackathons, tech talks, workshops, and innovation activities

Experiment with new AI-assisted development approaches responsibly

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to validate and verify AI-generated code and content
• Finnish language proficiency is a must
