Product Manager

IQVIA is on the look-out for a trilingual Product Manager.

Are you passionate about marketing and eager to join a leading company in its field? Our client is a well-established Belgian pharmaceutical laboratory, recognised for its expertise in phytotherapy. Its products are widely distributed in pharmacies and recommended by healthcare professionals, reflecting a strong commitment to quality and innovation. The company continues to grow and innovate. To support this expansion, we are currently looking for a Product Manager.

What does the job entail?

In This Position You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to market launch
• Conducting market analysis and monitoring product performance
• Developing marketing tools (POS materials, promotional supports, etc.)
• Creating visual communication materials (media campaigns, online banners, packaging, etc.) in collaboration with the graphic design team
• Leading product-related projects in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Scientific teams, etc.)
• Coordinating product action plans with the medical/pharmaceutical management to ensure alignment with field teams
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
• Proven experience in marketing or product management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Good understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to interpret sales data
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate a product strategy into impactful marketing tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Autonomous, well-organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus (language training can be provided)
• Expertise or a genuine interest in the healthcare and/or phytotherapy sector
• Ability to regularly work from the head office located in the province of Namur (hybrid working model)
