Job Overview

Under broad guidance provides technical assistance and hands on-participation to maintain, troubleshoot and manage enterprise applications.

Essential Functions

• Monitors the health, operating efficiency and scalability of production, testing, and development environments across multiple clients.
• Installs, maintains, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for designing, developing and deploying company products. May work with Infrastructure Services, Engineering Implementation Services and support teams to provision and setup environments.
• Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
• Trains personnel on system usage.

Primary Skills

• Windows 10/11 architecture and device life cycle, including patch management.
• Advanced Windows 10/11 troubleshooting & support.
• Working knowledge of device onboarding / provisioning and endpoint management concepts, including device configuration MECM / Intune imaging and security policies (GPO / Intune).
• Good understanding of disk encryption (Bitlocker).
• Good understanding of networking services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiFi)
• Incident handling & request fulfilment.
• Alert / incident triage and managing ticket queues.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
• Clear written & verbal communication (English).
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Advanced knowledge of device onboarding / provisioning (MECM OSD & Autopilot) and endpoint management (MECM, GPO, and Intune) concepts.
• Good understanding of least privileged access (Endpoint Privilege Management)
• Hands-on experience managing support tickets in ServiceNow.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Experience supporting Mac & mobile (iOS & Android) devices.
