About The Role

We're looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join our growing Digital and Marketing team. In this role, you will be the anchor for digital data and insights across Red Energy and Lumo Energy. Reporting into our Digital Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating online user behaviour and campaign data into strategic marketing decisions.

In this role, you will:

  • Dive into our web performance data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities that optimise the customer journey and elevate our brands.
  • Translate analytics into clear, actionable requirements and stories for both internal teams and agency partners.
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards that track key media metrics, ensuring our marketing initiatives are optimised and efficient.
  • Play a key role in supporting upcoming web launches, testing frameworks, and the ongoing modernisation of our digital marketing tech stack.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated digital marketing analytics role, ideally with a background in an agency environment or a large consumer-facing business.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Analytics 4, alongside strong familiarity with Google Tag Manager and reporting platforms like Looker Studio.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Social, Programmatic), with experience using Media Mix Models (MMM) and data to evaluate campaign ROI and optimise channel spend.
  • Proven ability to build, analyse, and apply audience segmentations to drive targeting, reporting and optimise the customer journey.
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts and confidently share insights with stakeholders across various levels of the business.
  • A self-starter with a "see a problem, fix it" attitude who thrives in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced team.
  • Familiarity with modern data and personalisation tools, such as CDPs/DMPs (E.g. LiveRamp), Figma, or Contentful (CMS).
  • A baseline understanding of current data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
