They are looking to hire a C# Developer (.NET) to join a growing analytics and engineering function based in Geneva. This is a permanent, full‑time role offering the opportunity to build robust, high‑performance backend systems that support trading, analytics, and operational workflows used by front‑office and business stakeholders.

The Role

As a C# Developer (.NET), you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power analytical and trading‑adjacent platforms. You’ll work closely with engineers, traders, and operational teams to deliver reliable systems that have clear commercial impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
• Build scalable, secure, and high‑performance APIs within a global enterprise environment
• Work closely with business users and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from system design and implementation through to deployment and support
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability

About You

You are an engineer who enjoys working close to the business in a practical, delivery‑driven environment. You are comfortable working with complex systems and data and take pride in building well‑engineered solutions that are used in critical, real‑world scenarios.

Key Experience & Skills

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs)
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, service‑oriented systems, and API design
• Educational background in computer science, software engineering, or similar technical discipline
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL in data‑intensive environments
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic, engineering‑focused mindset
• Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
