The Role

This is a newly created Full Stack Developer position focused on helping the business bring more ownership, agility, and innovation internally. Working closely day-to-day with the CEO, you will play a key role across a range of digital initiatives spanning front-end development, back-end systems, process automation, and business improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end applications across the business
• Contribute to website redevelopment and broader digital transformation initiatives
• Support the implementation of modern business tools, automation, and AI-driven workflows
• Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for system and process improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience across Full Stack Development within varied technical environments and tech stacks such as .NET, C#, React, Java.
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies including Power BI
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and self-directed mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business stakeholders
• Broad technical exposure across multiple systems, platforms, or environments
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern digital tools
