Project Manager Luxury Residential

I’m currently working with a highly respected design and project consultancy in the Middle East that’s looking to bring in a Project Manager / Client Representative for a prestigious ultra high end residential project.

This is a site based role working directly within the client team on a large scale private residence project currently moving into delivery stage.

We’re looking for somebody who understands how to manage and coordinate complex design information across architecture, interiors, engineering and specialist disciplines, whilst acting as a strong representative during consultant and stakeholder meetings.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing consultant submissions, drawings, reports and presentation materials prior to client review

• Coordinating between consultants, contractors and project stakeholders

• Managing meeting minutes, trackers, action points and project reporting

• Identifying coordination issues, missing information and design discrepancies

• Supporting project quality review across multidisciplinary packages

• Assisting with executive updates, presentations and progress reporting

• Working closely with site and consultant teams throughout delivery stage

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field

• Around 7–10 years’ experience within project coordination, design management or client representation

• Previous experience on luxury residential, hospitality or other high end projects is essential

• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design and delivery processes

• Excellent organisation, communication and coordination skills

• Comfortable working in a site office environment on a major live project

• Strong English communication skills required

Software experience:

• AutoCAD (for checking drawings)

• Adobe InDesign

• Microsoft Excel

• Experience using project management systems is advantageous

This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for somebody who enjoys being heavily involved in the coordination, management and delivery side of complex high end projects whilst working closely with senior stakeholders and international consultants.

Salary is around 32000 QAR
