What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery
• Serve as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management
• Maintain product backlog and release plan while facilitating team productivity
• Organize meetings and remove impediments to help the team achieve sprint goals
• Ensure team members understand project objectives and can respond to changes
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 0-2 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 3 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree or Certification
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt to changing project requirements
• No specific certification or licensure requirements needed

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices
• Previous experience in project management or team coordination
