Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee technical aspects of projects
  • Lead or support new system/network setups and upgrades
  • Ensure operational systems meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Perform routine maintenance and operational tasks efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain clear project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux in virtual environments
  • Knowledge of virtualization, hypervisors, and Nutanix platforms (a plus)
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
