Job Description:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and governance.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies to enable smooth sprint execution and on-time delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress) and drive continuous improvement.
• Support a collaborative, high-performing team environment within a regulated banking and financial services context.
