AI Engineer Position

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in AI engineering, LLMs, AI agents building & coding, scalable enterprise AI architecture, orchestration frameworks and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered enterprise solutions
• Build intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern AI frameworks
• Develop enterprise copilots, assistants, machine learning models and workflow automation agents
• Build and maintain scalable LLM-based applications
• Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data
• Implement prompt engineering and AI orchestration workflows
• Fine-tune and optimize AI solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Build orchestration layers between multiple AI agents and enterprise systems
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, cloud services, and business applications
• Design agent-to-agent communication and workflow automation
• Manage memory, context handling, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval capabilities
• Ensure AI systems comply with enterprise security and governance standards
• Implement AI monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, backend development and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with API development,
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Having experience in Microsoft AI solutions (Azure Foundry, Co-Pilot, Fabric etc)
• Having experience in Microsoft Power Platforms(Power Automate, Power APPs, Power BI, etc)
• Hands-on experience to be able code, build, deploy, and maintain AI systems independently
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms
• Experience designing scalable enterprise AI architectures
• Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems and emerging technologies
• Can transform business requirements into production-grade scalable AI solutions
• Can orchestrate multiple AI agents and enterprise workflows
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Microsoft Azure AI certifications are required
